These are not insurance offers, rate guarantees, or acceptance commitments. Coverage terms, final premium, classification and authorization rest with the carrier after its underwriting assessment; the policy document and any amendments are controlling.

No coverage is bound here. Simply requesting quotes, completing an application, or submitting a contact form does not establish insurance protection. Coverage only comes into effect when a carrier sends a formal policy, you accept it, and payment is received.
