The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, health self-assessment, tobacco status, desired benefit amount and term selection. These data points are transmitted to a carrier rating platform to produce quotes and are not retained on this site. Getting quotes does not require providing your name, street address, phone, or email. Identical quote requests may be retrieved from a brief cache so the rating service doesn't get called repeatedly.

Applying

Should you choose to apply, your answers transfer to a protected application operated by the carriers' platform, where the carrier's privacy policies apply. Susman Insurance Agency—a licensed California insurance producer (License 0B75129)—facilitates applications.

The contact form

Our contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred response method, subject category and your message. We forward this to the agency's email; your email address appears as the reply-to. This site maintains no archive of messages, no submission database and no record of what was sent. A brief anti-abuse verification runs in-browser before delivery.

Measurement

We track website usage through first-party, cookie-free analytics running directly from this domain. We do not set any cookies or use browser-stored identifiers; we truncate the last sixteen bits of your address before logging; referrer URLs are cleaned of parameters; and server logs are purged every ninety days. Users whose browsers transmit Do Not Track preference or Global Privacy Control signals are completely excluded from our measurement.

What we do not do

We do not engage in the sale or transfer of information about our visitors, employ tracking pixels for advertising purposes, or install third-party measurement tools. The sole external script on this website is the carriers' application platform on the application page, which only activates if you navigate to it.
